Shipping times very depending on carrier and distance of delivery address in relation to our distribution center. Most orders ship out of our warehouse in Foxboro, MA, and will arrive within 1-5 business days.

- Returns & Replacements
- We provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products sold on the lovasilk website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via email or phone for a Return Authorization #. If you need to return an item due to our mistake, such as if the wrong product was sent or because the item was defective, we will provide you with a return postage label at our expense. Please note that all satisfaction guarantee returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Washed or otherwise laundered items are not eligible for return. Because many factors can cause silk to become damaged during improper washing, we cannot accept returns for silk bedding that is laundered. Please read our washing instructions carefully.

- For most of our customers ordering through our online storefront is the most convenient and secure way to order products. However, we can also take orders over the phone. - LovaSilk excepts most major credit cards including Master card, Visa, Discover and American Express. In addition we except payments via Pay Pal.
- Viewing Orders
- You may view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. In addition, a basic order status will be sent to the email you provided while placing your order.
